“Loaded” Fishing Cart Raffle - and the Winner is…
American Legion Post 454, Oak Island, raffled their 2026 Loaded Fishing Cart on labor day weekend at the Oak Island Art Guild Festival. Raffles were sold beginning in early June at Middleton Park Farmer's Market. The winning ticket was picked on September 5th and our lucky winner was Laura Walker.
Funds raised are used to support Veterans in need on Oak Island and Brunswick County. The Legion would like to thank all who came to support our efforts this summer and a special thanks to Dutchman Creek Bait and Tackle for their generous donations of fishing equipment.
