Welcome wounded warriors and disabled veterans to the annual Operation North State day of fishing on Oak Island!
The 11th Annual Peer Fishin' Festival by Operation North State takes place from Monday, October 19, through Friday, October 23, 2026, at the Oak Island Fishing Pier during the hours 6:45am - 5:30pm (rain or shine.)

FREE – A Day of Quality Fishing on NC’s Premier Lakes and in our Coastal Communities
Registration: First – Come / First – Serve
Rods & Reels, Tackle, Bait and Life Jackets Are Provided; And, No Fishing License Is Required
No Entry Fee for Host Boaters
All Fishin’ Festivals Are Held Rain or Shine
